About Louisa Tan, Certified Hand Therapist
With over 15 years of experience, Louisa Tan brings deep clinical expertise and a warm, personalized approach to every patient she treats. A graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Physiotherapy program and fully bilingual, Louisa holds advanced certifications in hand therapy, myofascial techniques, and integrated physiotherapy.

She is a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) and currently works at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital in the Hand Unit and Fracture Clinic, where she treats a wide range of complex upper extremity conditions. Louisa founded Happy Hands Physiotherapy to provide specialized, compassionate care focused on restoring function and improving quality of life—especially for those with hand and upper limb injuries.
